1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns for Alaska ,Hawaii and Puerto Rico Orders
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Due to the higher shipping costs associated with non-continental U.S. destinations, Merkadoxx does not provide prepaid return labels for Alaska ,Hawaii or Puerto Rico returns unless the return is the result of our error.
For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Certain items such as final sale merchandise, clearance items, personalized products, or used/opened products may not be eligible for return.
International shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
2. Time-frame for Returns:
Please initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns initiated beyond this time-frame may be subject to approval and may incur additional fees.
